ROSCOMAC is shaped with passion, manufacturing an array of components and sub-assemblies that demand the very latest CNC technology.


The ROSCOMAC story begins with Fernando Martello in 1976. During the following years the business has done its utmost to maintain a “family” environment, both within the company and embodied in its staff and its approach to customers.


A broad range of machining competencies, with a focused approach to customer service and quality means that ROSCOMAC successfully maintains a number of large commercial relationships within a variety of industries.

Component manufacture and supply are always totally aligned to customer specifications, processes and expectations, as either stand-alone parts or sub-assemblies, with design and product development critical elements of the ROSCOMAC contribution.


Operating from our manufacturing facility in Worthing, West Sussex, with technical customer support in Brno in the Czech Republic, the company employs almost 100 highly skilled and talented, customer centric staff.


ISO 9001 and other relevant industry approvals assure quality through extensive Inspection Facilities and Quality Control Systems.

Born in Italy and qualified in Engineering in Turin before moving to the UK in 1964. Started Roscomac initially building and repairing Auto machines in a garage. A true entrepreneur and leader, passionate on delivering results, on time, every time.

Joseph has a history of international business development, investment and re-location in challenging environments and believes in trust, good communication, customer centricity and a motivated team.

Stuart has 30 years of broad manufacturing experience gained through many sectors of industry, OEM and Sub-Contract, working within AS9100, ISO9001 & TS16949 Quality Systems.

A “Lean Thinker” with Supply Chain, Manufacturing Systems and Operational Management expertise. Stuart believes that understanding what a customer values and a relentless drive to eliminate non value added activities, are the keys to success.

Over 35 years in Engineering Colin has covered all aspects of Mechanical Engineering. Starting with a Craft Apprenticeship moving up to HNC, and numerous courses. Passionate, enthusiastic and confident about making parts and getting problems solved. As UK Operations Manager, Colin has his finger on the pulse, controlling NPI, Purchasing, Manufacture and Logistics, making it a very challenging role. With a very competent team around him, there is not a task that cannot be undertaken, with a focus on Continuous improvement.

About Mike

Quality professional with 23 years experience in the high technology, precision manufacturing industry. Customers served from the semiconductor, solar, chemical and pharmaceutical sectors. Mike’s specialties include Design and Implementation of Management Systems: ISO9000, AS9100, Part 21 sub G and ISO14000. SSQA supplier evaluation programme. Problem Solving Techniques: Kaizen, 8D, Six Sigma. Data analysis/reporting: Microsoft office, Minitab, SAP BW.

About Jiri

Qualified in Engineering at Brno Technical University, Ji?í has over 8 years  experience in both project management and sales across various engineering sectors. For the past 2 years Ji?í has been responsible for managing our technical Customer Support from Brno in the Czech Republic, as well as managing various UK and Czech projects.  Ji?í ‘s primary focus is to ensure projects are completed successfully and on time. His key strengths are communication, organisation and problem solving.

Kevin is responsible for quality at the CZ site.  He has acquired over 10 years of knowledge, across a broad range of products during his time with Roscomac (Both UK and CZ based). He is also well versed in CMM programing and is always keen to explore new methods, new technology and anything that will push the quality of Roscomac’s products forwards.

With over 20 years within precision engineering and manufacture and serving a full 4 year apprenticeship, Tim has a proven track record within Precision manufacture and technical problem solving serving the last 7 years in senior management, Tim has transferred those skills into Key Account Management/Business Development, giving the ability to support clients on a technical and commercial level, Tim is a confident and capable professional with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation. Particularly strong at organization and managing a demanding workload under pressure.
