With multi pallet full 5 axis CNC equipment and over 60 production machines, Roscomac can manufacture almost any component in high volumes using our efficient production planning processes. Using the latest machine technology enables 24 hour ‘lights out’ manufacturing, with multiple options including CAD / CAM, Direct Line Feed and large batch production.
We can undertake vertical integration for clients, assuming complete control over all stages in the manufacture of components, including material supply. We produce everything from miniature connectors through to V8 engine blocks, from almost any material and to any finish, with call off product for instant client stock, lowering costs and reducing client lead times.
